Shipment policy
1. Delivery
When you place an order, we’ll gather the items for you and have it delivered directly from one of our Distribution Centers to your home or office.
Estimated Delivery Date is informed after your order is confirmed. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery zip code. Our system calculates this estimated date considering the total amount of time to process your order including packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.

Note:
· Not all shipping speeds are available for all items and all addresses.
· For online shopping, if you don't finish payment procedures within 3 days from the time the order is successfully confirmed by TiMart, your order will be automatically canceled.
· If the item you're ordering is out of stock or unavailable to ship immediately, the shipping method time starts when the item ships. For example, it will take two business days after an item ships to reach you with Two-Day Shipping.
· We may ship products by ground or air; our shipping speeds don't correspond to any carrier-branded shipping services.
· If available, Saturday or Sunday delivery will be specified on the product page and/or during checkout. Otherwise, our shipping methods apply to business days only, not weekends or holidays.
· In some cases, choosing a higher quantity for an item may make it ineligible for immediate shipping, because multiple units may not be available locally or at the same location. In this case, the option to choose Same-Day or One-Day Shipping may not appear.

2. Returns & Cancellations
2.1 Return Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 7 days with your receipt. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. A purchase made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account. Please note delivery fees are not refundable once the order has shipped or if the merchandise is returned to the store.
2.2 Cancellation Policy
Shipping Method: Parcel
If you a requesting to cancel your order that is being shipped parcel, you must contact us within 2hrs from the time the order was placed. We apologize, orders placed online or over the phone that is shipped parcel begin processing immediately at one of our Distribution Centers to ensure order fulfillment and shipping time.
Shipping Method: Truck
If you would like to cancel or change your order being delivered by truck, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please note once your order has shipped shipping and handling will not be refunded.
