As timart.vn’s customers, you can request for changes or return within 1 weeks from the date of receiving products, making sure there will be no damage of any level to the products bought as regulated in the below.
To return an item for a refund or replacement, follow these steps:
- Check the item condition policy for returns for more information.
If you need to return an item, be sure to follow these item condition guidelines of timart.vn in section II.
+ You have maximum 02 weeks to return an item from the date you received it.
+ Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the accessories, stamps or warranty card, and free gift or bonus items that were included when you received it.
+ Returning products have to have the receipt or other types of proof of purchase at timart.vn
- Packaging the products
- For customers in other provinces: please package the products with receipt and the notes products’ mistakes (if any). The outside of the package needs to have clear addresses: TiMart Co., 212 Bui Ta Han, An Phu Ward, District 2, HCMC.
- For customers in Ho Chi Minh City, you can bring the products to TiMart showroom (212 Bui Ta Han, An Phu Ward, District 2, HCMC, business hour: 8 am to 8 pm excluding holidays) to request returns, refunds.
Note that:
You take responsibility for the integrity of the products when shipping them to TiMart (besides the described errors), so please wrap the product carefully and ensure that the packaging form and product are not affected by external factors. All damaged, scratched or loss related to the packaging and products can be deducted in reimbursement of the product.

+ Check the products carefully when our company delivers, and return it directly to employees if you're not satisfied with your purchase, for ANY reason.
+ Come directly to TiMart

- For customers outside Ho Chi Minh City: Please contact the courier and ship the products to the company's address: 212 Bui Tan Han, An Phu Ward, District 2, HCMC.

Note: For customers in HCMC, you can directly contact TiMart office (212 Bui Ta Han, An Phu Ward, District 2, HCM) to return or replace the products:
You can have free return or exchange the product ordered in Timart.vn within 2 weeks of purchase or delivery.The returned products have to be with no signs of used and packaging intact, stamps, labels, original initial hoop. Products must be kept in original condition, meaning that the product have to be in pristine condition (unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping). In addition, to be returned, customers must also provide the purchase invoices at Timart.vn
For some further conditions, please refer to the details below:
- TiMart accepts return and change in some following cases:
a. Change pay according to customer demand (change delivery because not pleased)
All items purchased from timart.vn can be refunded within 2 weeks from the date you received it (unless otherwise specified). We only accept returns for the products change untouched original condition, and purchase invoices in TiMart & product has not been used, including the following conditions:
+ Also packaging materials and packaging are not dented tear
+ Full range of parts, details and accessories.
+ Stamp / warranty card, stamp brand, technical guidelines and the accompanying gift (if any), etc … must still complete and intact
+ No dirt, scratches, breakage, damage or strange smells or signs of past or through use detergent
b. Change pay not for subjective reasons from customers (Breaks delivery, wrong or missing content):
Timart.vn encourages our customers to check the status of the container outside and the product before payment to ensure that goods are delivered the right type, quantity, color and order situation inside apart unaffected (breakage / scratches). If this occurs, please reject the goods and immediately notify the customer support to our plans promptly treated. (Please note these further checks as trial products can only be accepted after the order is paid in full).
In case the customer has paid, consignee and then detect the goods breaks, wrong content or missing goods, please photographed products sent to our mailbox or call directly to the customer support to get us to support the next steps as return / exchange or return the product to your missing …
After 2 weeks from the date you receive the goods, timart.vn may refuse to support the complaint in accordance with the above content.
Refund method
Depending on the return reasons and quality evaluations of products, TiMart will be reimbursed by the following methods:
+ Change to the new products
+ Refund directly or through bank transfers according to the information you provide.
